Purpose and scope

Payments are verified server-side before membership, donation or event benefits are confirmed. Refund eligibility depends on the relevant membership, campaign or event terms. Approved refunds are recorded as full or partial refunds against the original transaction.

Your choices and responsibilities

You may update profile visibility and notification preferences from your dashboard. Questions, access requests or payment disputes should be submitted through the contact page with the relevant transaction or membership reference.

Security and retention

Sensitive payment credentials are never stored in browser code. Access is role-controlled, important actions are logged, and records are retained only as long as operational, accounting and legal needs require.

This operational draft must be reviewed by the association’s authorised legal and finance representatives before public launch.
